TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: September 30, 2025
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CROSS Explorer service ("Explorer Service") provided by Nexus Co., Ltd. ("Nexus," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Explorer Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Explorer Service.
1. Introduction
Nexus operates blockchain infrastructure and services, including tools that support transparency and accessibility of the CROSS Protocol. The CROSS Explorer is a stand-alone web-based blockchain explorer that enables users to search, view, and verify transactions, blocks, accounts, smart contracts, and other on-chain data recorded on the CROSS Network.
2. Key Features and Functionality
The Explorer Service allows users to:
- Search and view transactions, blocks, and addresses on the CROSS blockchain
- Verify smart contract deployments and interactions
- Access public analytics such as gas usage, transaction volume, and network health
- View token and NFT metadata available on-chain
- Connect their wallet and directly interact with smart contracts (e.g., using “Write” functions) via user-authorized blockchain transactions
Important: The Explorer Service does not act as an intermediary or custodian. All transactions are executed directly on the blockchain by the user through their connected wallet. The Service only provides the interface to display contract functions and broadcast user-signed transactions.
3. Public and Non-Custodial Nature
The Explorer Service primarily provides access to publicly available blockchain data. When users choose to connect a wallet and interact with smart contracts:
- The Explorer does not hold or manage private keys, seed phrases, or user funds
- The Explorer does not execute transactions on behalf of the user
- The user retains full control and responsibility for transaction signing and broadcasting
4. No Financial, Brokerage, or Advisory Services
The Explorer Service does not:
- Act as a fiat on/off ramp
- Provide trading, exchange, or brokerage services
- Offer investment, legal, or financial advice
All information displayed is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial or investment advice.
5. Third-Party Content and Links
The Explorer Service may provide links or integrations to third-party sites, APIs, or applications. Nexus does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, availability, or services. Use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

7. Accuracy and Limitations of Data
The Explorer Service displays blockchain data as recorded on the CROSS Network. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
