CROSS Wave Creator Operating Policy

Effective Date: November 14, 2025

This Operating Policy sets forth the detailed standards regarding the activities of Creators participating in the CROSS Wave program (the “Program”) operated by NEXUS Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). This Policy supplements the CROSS Wave Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and applies to the extent it does not overlap with them.

A Creator must agree to and comply with applicable laws and CROSS Wave-Related Policies including this Creator Operating Policy. The Company may amend this Operating Policy to ensure stable service operation, and any changes will be announced on the CROSS Wave Website or through official channels. Creators must review such announcements, and the Company is not responsible for any disadvantages arising from a Creator’s failure to do so.

Creator Registration

  • A User may become a Creator by clicking “Join as a Creator” in the Service and submitting the required information (email address and a confirmation that the User is of legal adult age). Upon submission, the account is automatically registered as a Creator; no separate manual approval or external form is required.
  • Optional profile fields (e.g., social/media channel URLs, game/character info, profile image, descriptive tags) may be provided at registration or later.
  • The Creator’s CROSSx Wallet may be linked for login, account linkage, leaderboard/reward settlement, and display of nickname (if set) or wallet address.
  • The Creator’s CROSS Wave account and Game account must be linked with the same wallet address. Consistency between social accounts and Game/official community accounts is not required.

Ongoing Eligibility and Enforcement

  • The Company may conduct ongoing reviews of Creator activity and compliance with this Operating Policy and related policies. If prohibited reasons apply - including failure to meet eligibility, false or misleading information, abnormal activity, or misconduct - the Company may warn, restrict activities, exclude Rewards, or revoke Creator status.
  • Notices regarding restrictions or revocations will be sent to the email address associated with the Creator’s registration. Where applicable, reasons will be provided and an appeal process described
  • Users identified for refund-abuse or abnormal DROP activity are not eligible for Appeal.
  • Creators or Fans associated with repeated refunds after DROP support or other abnormal activity may be designated for enhanced monitoring or blacklisting in current and future Rounds and Seasons.

Creator Obligations

  • The Company does not impose quantitative requirements such as the number or length of uploads. However, during each Season, Creators must faithfully engage in CROSS Wave-related activities (such as producing, posting, and promoting Game content) consistent with the purpose of the Program.
  • Creators must produce and post content that does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
  • The Company may review Creator activities, and if no CROSS Wave-related activity is identified, or if policy violations or misconduct are confirmed, the Company may take measures such as issuing warnings, restricting activities, excluding Rewards, or revoking Creator status.
  • The Company may, at its discretion, establish quantitative requirements through special events or campaigns. In such cases, Rewards may be distributed to Creators who satisfy the event conditions, and the distribution method (including claim, airdrop, post-event distribution, or other methods determined by the Company) may vary depending on operational circumstances.

Content Rules and Guidelines

Creators must not engage in the following acts in the course of producing or broadcasting content. If violated, the Company may take measures such as revoking Creator status, deleting content, canceling Rewards, restricting accounts, or, where applicable, pursuing legal responsibility.

  • Sexual remarks toward minors, exposure, or the production/distribution of obscene materials
  • Illegal gambling or similar acts, including their promotion or encouragement
  • Disclosure of another person’s personal information, or infringement of rights such as copyrights or trademarks
  • Acts harmful to youth (excessive profanity, sexually explicit remarks or attire, exposure to harmful media, etc.) Discriminatory or derogatory remarks against particular groups, regions, religions, genders, or disabilities
  • Acts contrary to social norms or applicable laws
  • Acts that damage the reputation of the Company or the Game
  • Creation of content that promotes exploitation of in-game bugs or cheats
  • Fraudulent acquisition of DROP or Rewards, or acts intended to deceive Fans or other Creators
  • Activities unrelated to the purpose of the Program, such as those solely for inflating view counts or for refund purposes
  • Any other acts that harm sound gaming culture or social norms

Prohibition of Speculative Acts

  • CROSS Tokens provided as Rewards are compensation for a Creator’s legitimate activities in CROSS Wave. DROP obtained by Creators cannot be used in the Game.
  • Creators must not, under any circumstances, induce DROP support by offering any form of incentive—whether coupons, monetary rewards, tangible goods, or any benefits, including Rewards granted or received within CROSS Wave.
  • Creators must not produce content or engage in activities that suggest casinos, gambling, or lottery-like schemes to solicit support.

Restrictions on Promotional Activities

  • Creators must not label their content in a way that could cause it to be mistaken for official Company-supported or Company-affiliated content.
  • When promoting content, the following statement must be clearly included: “This content was independently produced by the Creator and is not supported, recommended, or managed by the Company or the CROSS Wave program.”

Advertising Disclosure Obligations

  • When uploading or broadcasting videos or other Program-related content, Creators must clearly disclose their relationship with the Program.
  • An example of such disclosure is as follows: “This Creator may receive Rewards in the form of CROSS Tokens or other payment methods specified in the Creator Operating Policy for DROP supported through participation in the CROSS Wave program. #CROSSWave”
  • All legal responsibility arising from violations of advertising-related regulations rests solely with the Creator.
  • For the purpose of Game promotion, the Company may use content posted by Creators for secondary use without compensation, provided that the Creator is notified in advance.

Pool Formation and Settlement Rules

  • The Pool is formed based on 5% of the gross revenue of the Games determined by the Company of each Round and may include additional resources (such as donations or marketing funds) provided by the Company. If additional support is included, it will be separately announced on the official Website or official channels before the start of each Round.
  • The Pool is allocated as follows:
    • ① A Creator’s position on the Leaderboard is determined based on the total amount of DROPs supported by Fans.
    • ② Each Creator receives a Pool allocation proportionate to the total amount of DROP received.
    • ③ The Company may, at its sole discretion, modify or establish conditions for Pool allocation and Reward eligibility at any time, including but not limited to minimum DROP thresholds or specific activity requirements. Any such changes will be announced on the official Website or official channels, and Creators are obligated to review and comply with this information.

Reward Procedure

  • ① After the end of each Round, the Company reviews the Creator’s activity data and calculates eligible rewards within a reasonable period announced for that Round (which may be up to several weeks depending on review volume). Unless otherwise requested by the Company, no additional information or documents are required from Creators.
  • ② CREATORS WHO FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OR WHO ARE FOUND TO HAVE SUBMITTED FRAUDULENT OR ABNORMAL DATA WILL LOSE THEIR RIGHT TO REWARDS FOR THAT ROUND, AND SUCH RIGHTS CANNOT BE RESTORED.
  • ③ During the Company Review, any DROP arising from purchases that have been canceled or refunded, whether in whole or in part, will be fully withdrawn and excluded from all Leaderboard and Reward calculations. In the event that any portion of a purchase is canceled or refunded, all DROP held and sent by that User—REGARDLESS OF THE PURCHASE FROM WHICH IT AROSE—may be withdrawn and excluded. Preliminary reward results will be announced separately, and additional eligibility criteria may apply as disclosed on the official Website or official channels. Users (including Fans and Creators) who have canceled or refunded any payment after sending or receiving DROP support may be deemed ineligible for rewards, and all DROP held and sent by that User may be excluded from present or future Reward calculations, regardless of whether certain DROP was generated from payments that were not refunded. Such users may be subject to enhanced monitoring or blacklisting in current and future Rounds and Seasons. DROP associated with any refund or abuse history may be excluded from present or future Reward calculations.
  • ④ Once the Company Review is completed, Creators may check their reward results. A prior notification will be sent via email, including the reason for the result and the number of drops counted.
  • ⑤ If a Creator is sanctioned due to violations of the Creator Operating Policy, the Creator will have an opportunity to make an Appeal within the period announced by the Company. If no Appeal is filed within the announced period, the reward result shall be deemed final. Creators sanctioned for refund-abuse or abnormal DROP activity are not eligible for Appeal.
  • ⑥ The Company will re-examine the case after the Creator submits their Appeal, and the review period may vary depending on operational circumstances. On the day following the completion of this process, all Rewards are finalized and distributed accordingly. A prior notification will be sent via email, including the final confirmed reward amount and the settlement details. Rewards amounts that are disqualified or ungranted will not be extinguished but will instead be carried over to the Pool of a subsequent Round.
  • ⑦ REWARDS ARE CALCULATED IN WHOLE UNITS OF CROSS TOKENS. ANY FRACTIONAL AMOUNTS RESULTING FROM DISTRIBUTION WILL BE ROUNDED DOWN. THE AGGREGATE OF SUCH FORFEITED FRACTIONS WILL NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BUT WILL BE CARRIED OVER TO THE POOL OF A SUBSEQUENT ROUND.
  • ⑧ When Rewards are paid IN CROSS TOKENS, such Rewards will be transferred to the CROSSx Wallet registered by the Creator.
  • ⑨ REWARDS ARE CURRENTLY PAID ONLY IN CROSS TOKENS. NON-TOKEN PAYOUT METHODS ARE NOT SUPPORTED. If needed in the future, such changes will be announced separately through an amendment notice.
  • ⑩ If any schedule or deadline is affected by public holidays, long weekends, or other unavoidable circumstances, or by operational convenience of the Service, the Company may adjust the timeline accordingly. Any such adjustments will be announced on the official Website or official channels, and the adjusted schedule shall prevail.

DROP Support Units and Limits

  • The minimum unit of 1 DROP Support will be announced on the official Website or official channels and may be changed depending on service circumstances.
  • There is no limit on the amount of DROP that a single Fan may support to the same Creator.
  • The Company may, if necessary for legal compliance, service stability, or the prevention of misconduct, set or adjust limits on support units, and such changes will be announced within the Service.

Restrictions and Sanctions

  • If a Creator violates this Operating Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable laws, or if fraudulent or abnormal activities are identified, the Company may take measures including warnings, content deletion, temporary restrictions on activity, account suspension, withdrawal of DROP, cancellation of Rewards, or revocation of Creator status.
  • The Company will notify the Creator of the reason and details of the sanction, and the Creator may file an objection within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice. The Company will notify the result within 15 days from the date the objection is received. However, Creators whose ineligibility arises from refund-related DROP invalidation or other DROP-abusing activities are not eligible to file an objection or Appeal.

Creator Withdrawal and Revocation of Eligibility

  • A Creator may request withdrawal at any time during their activities, and any DROP received through support will expire upon withdrawal.
  • Even after withdrawal or revocation of eligibility, Rewards already paid will not be reclaimed; however, supported DROP, unpaid Rewards, and any rights to claim Rewards may lapse.
  • Re-application is permitted, but previously held DROP, ranking records, and related data will not be restored.

Liability for Damages

  • If a Creator causes damage to the Company through unlawful acts or violations of this Policy, the Creator must compensate for all such damages.
  • If a minor causes damage by misappropriating a parent’s or another person’s account, the same liability for compensation applies.
